This gem of a luxury villa awaits you amidst a magnificent garden. Enjoy complete privacy yet the amenities of a luxury resort. Villa Amagioia is perfect for larger families or a group of friends. Relax together by the 100 m² infinity pool and enjoy your private 19 m² Jacuzzi. The breathtaking views of the surrounding hills are best appreciated from the sun terrace belonging to the villa. You can expect a private luxury villa that is perfectly suited for a longer stay. Several bedrooms and two living rooms are distributed over the villa consisting of two floors. The rooms are all flooded with light and especially on the first floor the 40 m² conservatory, which leads directly into the garden, will delight you. For additional comfort, each bedroom has a private bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and a TV led 40″ HD in each living area and private bedroom complete the facility.

Ground Floor – 2 Bedroom Suite, 68.9 sqm

The two bedrooms on the first floor each have an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed and access to the private conservatory. In total, up to four people can stay on the first floor. Also located here is the large communal kitchen, which has access to the garden. The spacious living room and conservatory are also among the ground floor amenities.

Upper floor – Junior Suite, 41.5 m²

The smaller of the two Junior Suites on the upper floor enchants with a private marble bathroom and a cozy king-size bed. Enjoy privacy in this room and spend evenings together in one of the two shared living rooms, one on each floor.

Second floor – Deluxe, 23.3 m²

The Deluxe Room of the Amagioia Luxury Villa is comfortably and elegantly furnished and captivates with its private marble bathroom. Retreat to your own four walls or spend time with your loved ones in the magnificently landscaped garden or on the sun terrace.

Upper floor – Junior Suite, 49.6 m²

The Junior Suite on the upper floor is set up as a Master Bedroom. The generously proportioned room with private marble bathroom delights with an open shower, accessible from the bedroom as well as the bathroom. In addition, a dressing room and a king-size bed provide the desired comfort.

ARRIVAL

The easiest way to get there is via Bologna. The historic city is only 20 kilometers and 25 minutes by car from Palazzo di Varignana.
